Dry Brushing Tutorials
Follow the video tutorials in order for a full body dry brushing routine:
- Stimulate the Lymph Nodes
- Upper Abdomen & Chest
- Shoulders, Arms, & Hands
- Lower Abdomen & Hips
- Legs & Feet
- Your dry brushing routine should take 5-15 minutes depending on how thorough you want to be. You can do full body or focus on specific areas.
- The lymphatic fluid is very superficial so everything is done very gently and with light pressure.
- Always dry brush directly on the skin, not on top of clothing.
